By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site — you are still welcome to call the clinic.

This website is not medical advice

Everything published here is general information about the conditions we treat and how we treat them. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and no substitute for being assessed in person by a qualified practitioner who can examine you.

Never delay seeking care, or ignore advice you have already been given, because of something you read on this site. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Booking an appointment

Sending the booking form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to agree a time, and your appointment is only held once we have confirmed it with you.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Your appointment time is reserved for you alone, so please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move it. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged, and insurers do not cover those fees. Life happens — tell us what is going on and we will be reasonable about it. Reach us on 905-405-0090.

Fees, payment and insurance

We will tell you what treatment costs before it starts. Where direct billing to your insurer is available we are glad to use it, but your coverage is a contract between you and your insurer: you remain responsible for any balance they do not pay, and for confirming what your plan actually covers.

Using this website

Read the site, share it, and get in touch through it. Please do not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host, or any system connected to it.
• Interfere with the site's operation, or with anyone else's use of it.
• Harvest the content or contact details for bulk or automated use, including sending unsolicited messages.
• Submit anything unlawful, or anything that is not yours to send.

Content on this site

The text, photographs, logo and design belong to CareForU Rehab or to those who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read and share pages, and to print what you need for your own care. Republishing or reusing the material commercially needs our written permission first.

Links to other websites

Where we link out — to a map, or to a regulator, for example — we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of error. Details such as services and hours can change; if something matters to your decision, call and confirm it with us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CareForU Rehab is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the care we actually provide to you, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

How we handle your personal and health information is set out separately in our privacy policy, linked below and in the footer of every page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the Ontario courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.
